I decided to go flapper style for a day out in the snow.

Off to Narnia from the Land of Spare Room

 Welcome to Narnia. 

This beautiful land happened to appear when I walked out of my backdoor this morning. A faun came up to me and said "Welcome to Narnia." I told him I came from the door in the basement, spare room, and he replied "We are very glad to have you here all the way from the Land of the Spare Room." I delightedly ran throughout the forest, snapping these shots as Mr. Tumnus trotted along. I hope you like them.

First of all....

Take a few moments in your day to recognize Dr. King today and all he did to help end segregation in the United States.

Here in Washington, we have been hit by a huge snowstorm. Puget Sound is covered and we are expecting more throughout the week. This was yesterday morning. We have about an inch more today. Well, the White part of Christmas came a little too late. Anyways, these are my shots of the weather.
